Glenelg Classic 2021 CANCELLED, replaced by Greenbelt

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, it was not possible to run Greenbelt Challenge on its original date of July 25. To enable completion of Triple Crown events, Greenbelt 2021 will now take place on November 14 in place of Glenelg Classic. 10km and 5km distances are available at Greenbelt for those looking for a run in November.

A picturesque course leaving from Wigley Reserve, Glenelg, and heading south along the coast, takes in the new scenic Somerton boardwalk, before returning to Glenelg. SARRC’s last event for the year gives you a chance to record your PB over the 10 and 5 km distances.

  • Finisher Medal for both events
  • Electronic Timing
  • Drink Stations - water (sports drink also available at alternate stations)
  • Water, sports drink and fruit at finish
  • First Aid
  • Event Photography for purchase from GeoSnapShot
