Start Running Classes

Start Running is a 12 week course where you will be gently introduced (or re-introduced) to running.

SARRC’s experienced instructors are supportive and friendly, and will help you to achieve your running goals.

  • We aim for you to complete a 5K or 10K SARRC Event at the end of the 12 week period.
  • Training sessions will take you through the fundamentals of running.
  • Start with easy jogging to slowly build up your running skills each week.
  • Classes are flexible – if you can’t make it to every session – no problem!

This is a free running service provided by SARRC. You just need to be a SARRC member to sign-up.

Locations:

  • Goodwood: Wednesdays and Saturdays at 7:45am
  • North Adelaide UniLoop: Sundays at 7:30am
