Kent Dredge, SARRC Club coach (accredited Athletics SA Level 2 Intermediate Recreational Running Coach) will be running a 4 week run technique & conditioning workshop every Thursday from 4thApril to 25thApril 2019 at 6.15pm meeting at the SARRC Clubrooms on the Cnr of Mackinnon Pde & Frome Rd, North Adelaide.
Each interactive 45min -1 hr session will focus on the 3 key running technique areas demonstrating warm up conditioning exercises and different practical running drills with an aim to provide the participant with tools to continue to improve their running efficiency. This workshop is suitable for runners of all ages and abilities who can comfortably run 2kms, as the first session will commence with an individual 2.2km time trial to assess your progress over the 4 weeks.
This workshop will be offered to SARRC members at a reduced cost of $20 and to ensure efficient coach: participant ratio numbers will be limited and allocated upon receipt of registration payment until fully booked. (Please note, an initial quota has already been set aside for current SARRC Run Leaders.) Should the participant quota not be filled by SARRC members at midday 2ndApril the workshop will accept non-members at a cost of $80.
