Join us on Tuesday the 15th of May as Sports Dietitian Amelia, from our Partner Nutrition Strategies provides sample menus for a day in the life of a runner. Amelia will cook and demonstrate some run performance meals while discussing how these fit in with priming, recovery and body composition goals.
No doubt all this discussion of food will make you hungry, so together with the copies of recipes to take home, we will be providing you with samples to eat on the night.
